Lynne Maynard
Appreciation Night a HUGE success!

On Saturday, November 16th 2013 NAPS hosted the 2013 Building Fundraiser & Lynne Maynard Appreciation Night in honour of our most dedicated & devoted Volunteer, Lynne!

Lynne had been donating her time and hard work to NAPS daily, and is one of the original founders of the society.  She spent countless hours at the shelter tending to our many guests, and other administrative duties that could not get done without her!

Building a shelter facility for NAPS had been a long-time goal of Lynne's.  So other NAPS volunteers are taking the lead, and asking the people of Nanton to help us, help Lynne, reach this goal!

The event included delicious food & drink, entertainment, a Silent Auction packed with 93 items donated by local businesses and other NAPS supporters and a Live Auction with 14 items!

Many people took the time to say a few things about Lynne, and how her impact on the town through her volunteer work will forever be remembered and appreciated.

Thank you to all in attendance, it was a wonderfully successful night, and with your help NAPS was able to raise over $13,000.00 towards our building fund!
Not to mention the over $500.00 raised for the food bank and all the food items donated!
