This group became incorporated in July of 2003 as the Nanton & District Animal Protection Society, and have continued to provide services to both the residents and the needy animals in our community. Whether you are just browsing through the Internet, seeking to volunteer your time, make a contribution, or adopt a homeless animal, we thank you for visiting this site.
The society receives no financial support from any governmental body but operates through the efforts of an all volunteer membership. All the funds required to provide services are generated through donations and a few fundraising events organized each year.
The society utilizes a small network of foster homes to provide for rescued animals while efforts are made to find them permanent homes.
